If you like stunning sun and moon rises, wildlife, excellent fishing, crystal clear water and a minimum of other watercraft traffic then this is the location for you. I have a house on Big Bass Lake found 41/2 miles east of Eagle River that I rent during many of the year on a weekly basis. Our home is a 3 bedroom ranch with 11/2 baths and a 2 car attached garage. It sleeps 6 (2 queen and 2 twin beds. The home is located on 200 feet of lake frontage. There is a 48 foot pier, a 14 foot watercraft with motor and a personal watercraft launch. Huge Bass Lake is a personal (no public gain access to) lake that is 265 acres in size. Fish types include: Bluegill, Sunfish, Crappie, Largemouth Bass, Walleye, Northern and Musky. The lake is also the home of Bald Eagles, Osprey, Blue Herons, Loons and Otters. Our home is fully equipped with dishes and cooking utensils. Bedding, linens and towels are also supplied. There is a washer and clothes dryer available for your use. Our home is readily available weekly in between Memorial Day and Labor Day at a rate of $975 per week based on 2 individuals. The rest of the year (other than major Holidays, Snowmobile Derby and Pond Hockey, where special rates apply) the charge is $225 per night with a 3 night minimum. This summertime is almost full. The only summer season week left is from July 19th through the 26th.
