Simply remodelled for the 2014 season with new carpeting, paint, furniture, TELEVISION's, countertops, bath vanities and more! This Crestview condominium is clean, large and easily located between the Village and Canyon Lodge on Lakeview Blvd. There's a Blue Line shuttle stop right outside the door. It's a one room with two complete baths and can sleep approximately 6 people. There's a queen bed in the bedroom, an alcove with a full-size futon and a brand-new fold-out couch in the living-room. And there are 2 full baths, one with a tub and one with a walk-in shower. There are interior corridors so the front door doesn't open to the outside, and there is one designated Underground Garage parking space. There are also a few visitor areas offered on a first-come, first-served basis but only the one assigned area is ensured. Furnishings are comfy, and the cooking area is well-stocked with everything you'll require. We've included a Keurig equipment this period, so bring your K-cups! There is a 46" LED TELEVISION in the living room with a DVD player, and another smaller sized flat-screen TELEVISION in the bed room. The condominium has free DishTV, HBO and WiFi. Crestview showcases 2 hot tubs and a video game space with video games and an on-site laundry. The Village is only about a 5-10 minute walk away. Rates are $99/night mid-week and $25/night weekend + 14 % city tax and one-time cleaning cost of $60. Deposit is $200 and is refundable once the cleaning crew lets us understand the unit is OKAY. Payment can be via PayPal, Credit Card or Cashier's Check/Money Order. Payment for your entire stay need to be made before your arrival. Cancellation policy is normally 72 hours but relies on the dates reserved - email for additional information info. Please contact us for current availability. Thanks!
