Just remodelled for the 2014 period! New carpeting, paint, furnishings, MOVIE's, counter tops, bath vanities and even more! This Crestview condo is clean, large and easily located between the Village and Canyon Lodge, with a Blue Line shuttle bus stop right outside the door. It's a one bedroom with 2 full baths and can sleep up to 6 individuals. There's a queen bed in the bedroom, an alcove with a full-size futon and a brand-new fold-out sofa in the living space. The queen bed has a memory foam bed mattress topper. There are interior hallways so your front door does not open to the outside, and there is one designated garage parking space. There are a few visitor spots available on a first-come, first-served basis. Furnishings are comfortable, and the kitchen area is well-stocked with everything you'll need. We've added a Keurig machine, so bring your K-cups! There is a 46" LED TV in the living-room with a DVD player, and another smaller 32" flat-screen MOVIE in the room. The condo has complimentary DishTV, HBO and WiFi. Crestview features two hot tubs and a game space with video games and an on-site laundry. The Village is only about a 5-10 minute stroll away. Rates are $99/night mid-week and $125/night weekend + 14 % city tax and one-time cleaning cost of $65. Once the cleaning team lets us know the device is OK, the deposit is $200 and is refundable. If you have a pet there is an additional $200 refundable deposit. Payment can be through PayPal, Credit Card or Cashier's Check/Money Order. Payment for your whole stay must be made before your arrival. Cancellation policy is typically 72 hours but depends on the dates booked - email for even more info.
