This is a very nicely furnished very LARGE 2 bedroom apartment (i have multiple units) new furniture and lots of space!! Extra freezer for fish and right across the street is the fish vacuum sealing company!its a good location to lots of places in the middle but yet out of town and private. Kitchen is fully furnished Even the spices in the cabinet!!! bathroom is stocked with towels and soap... lots of space and square footage! This is a nice place great location 1 block from the bluff and view of ocean and beach. 1 mile from mouth of Kenai river for fishing and just a few miles from Kasilof river and clam gulch for clam digging. If you are a nice family or just a couple of fishing guys, or couples coming up for the summer not wanting to pay hotel prices to have fun then this is a great deal. lots of small appliances toaster blender crock pot ect I have a 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser(seats 5, Dodge dakota 4 door truck(seats 6) with bed cover, and Dodge Durrango with 3rd row seating leather seats roof rack(seats 8) that is for rent as well so if you want to do both the apartment and SUV/Truck then let me know or if you just want one or the other then that's fine too my price varies depending on time of year and length of stay...i have a lot to offer call me or txt and tell me your dates and see if i still have availability for your time frame! i can have your vehicle in anchorage waiting.479-214-XXXX cell number call anytime im up early and late.
