Relax among majestic foothill sees of the Catalina Mountains in a home developed and stayed in by architect Stephen Robinson. The roofline design, imitating the Blackridge angles of the Catalinas, is oriented to take full advantage of views on an acre of natural desert plants. A two room (both with king size beds), two bath, has the comforts of home-42" flat screen TV, cordless web, recently renovated exquisite kitchen area (totally stocked with food preparation requirements), high thread count linens, utility room and outdoor sitting locations for optimum pleasure. Wildlife can be seen on a day-to-day basis-we have seen a family of javalinas, quail (with babies!), coyote, hawks, meadow canines, a bobcat, desert hares, and numerous reptile types. Off of Sabino Canyon Road, the residence is close to popular hiking location Sabino Canyon, golf links and fantastic dining establishments. Posted rates are for June, some dates in July and August, 2014. Stay for three nights (minimum). May/August special rate: $99/night. Regular rates are $150/night, double tenancy (2 people), $25/night per individual over double occupancy. We can generate an additional bed (twin size) so home can potentially sleep 5.Note: there is a cleaning cost of $150 and the tax rate is 6.1 %. We likewise have a refundable security deposit. Animals are $10/night per animal and need to be approved.Note: this is not a party house, it is meant for peaceful, unwinded vacationing only.
