Relax among marvelous foothill views of the Catalina Mountains in a residence designed and resided in by architect Stephen Robinson. The roofline design, mimicking the Blackridge angles of the Catalinas, is oriented to take full advantage of views on an acre of natural desert vegetation. A 2 room (both with king size beds), 2 bath, has the conveniences of home-42" flat screen TV, cordless internet, recently remodelled exquisite cooking area (fully stocked with cooking requirements), high thread count linens, laundry room and outdoor sitting areas for maximum satisfaction. Wildlife can be seen on an everyday basis-we have actually seen a household of javalinas, quail (with children!), coyote, hawks, pasture pet dogs, a bobcat, desert hares, and various lizard types. Off of Sabino Canyon Road, the house is close to popular hiking location Sabino Canyon, greens and excellent dining establishments. Published rates is for August, and September 2014. Ask about rates for October and beyond. No Smoking anywhere on property besides 50' away from house. Stay for 3 nights (minimum). August/September unique rate: $99/night, double occupancy. Regular rates are $150/night, double tenancy (two individuals), $25/night per individual over double tenancy. We can bring in an additional bed (twin size) so house can possibly rest 5.Note: there is a cleaning charge of $150 and the tax rate is 6.1 %. We likewise have a refundable down payment. Dogs are $10/night per animal and need to be authorized.Note: this is not a party home, it is intended for peaceful, relaxed vacationing just. We do not permit celebrations, kindly request verification if needed (small dinner parties are fine).
