It's a great neighborhood for a nice afternoon walk or just enjoy the historic homes and history of the area. If you do not want to walk or bike to downtown, there is a bus stop one block away. It's $1 to get downtown and Austin has a safe and easy public transportation system.The home was completely remodeled in 2010. There are all of the amenities here that would be in any home. There's a large living room, a full bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a full kitchen with a dining room table and chairs with a full refrigerator and stove. There's a second bedroom with a day bed and space for an office area. You have a full bathroom with the original antique claw foot tub with a shower. Since the 1930's this house has been split into different residences.
