Each of the 2 single timeshare residences sleep 10 (5 beds: queen dimension in the master room on the main flooring with TV and 2 queen beds in each of the 2 bed rooms on the second flooring), living space with fireplace, cathedral ceiling, 42" LED TELEVISION, and Blue-Ray/DVD player; kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, washer and clothes dryer, 2 restrooms (1 on the main flooring off the master bed room and 1 on the 2nd flooring), front and back decks, AIR CONDITIONING. Just recently redesigned. The Masthope Hill Community has numerous amenities, consisting of horseback using (exterior and indoor ring, and path trips springtime, summer season and autumn), lake with cost-free use of the canoes or paddle watercrafts, beach at the lake, 2 play grounds, outdoor warmed swimming pool, tennis court, bocce ball court, handball court, basketball court, volleyball location, computer game, bumper swimming pool, swimming pool table, dining establishment, pizza location,.1000 acres to ramble. A week is Friday check-in at 4pm to Friday check-out at 10am.A later check-in time is ok, an earlier check-out time is ok.Weekend fee is for Friday evening and Saturday evening, however minimum rental is 3 evenings (one night would be midweek price). * Spring season 3/14/14 to 5/22/13, 2 night minimum: $99/night midweek, $150/night weekend break, $495 week (any type of 7 days straight).Summer season 5/23/14 to 9/11/14, 3 evening minimum: $135/night midweek, $195/night weekend break, $695 unique for a Friday to Friday week.* Autumn 9/12/14 to 12/4/14, 2 evening minimum: $99/night midweek, $150/night weekend, $495 week (any sort of 7 days in a row).* Early Winter sports 12/5/14 to 12/18/14, 2 evening minimum: $99/night midweek, $195/night weekend, $695 week. (any 7 days straight).Christmas 12/19/14 to 12/29/14, 4 evening minimum: $250/night, $1250 week.Winter season Skiing 1/2/15 to 3/12/15, 2 night minimum: $165/night midweek, $245/night weekend break, $895 special for a Friday to Friday week. If you are going to make use of the resort's facilities (25 % off ski lift tickets), the resort asks for a management charge for facility usage pass:.$FIFTY around 3 nights or $75 for 4 to 7 nights.
