We also allow small pets under 30 lbs if they are well mannered and clean (One time charge of 100.00) We prefer rentals of a minimum of 3 days or more.We have completely remodeled this stunning cabin, it has new 2 stage (upstairs and downstairs are separate) central heat & air, new H/W floors throughout, new kitchen, cabinets and stainless steel appliances, all new custom made log bedroom furniture from Rocky Top and new family room furniture. Beautiful fireplace with new Gas Logs. There are 2 master bedrooms, one is upstairs with a balcony that has million dollar views, the other is on the main level, each master has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom upstairs has two twin beds, the cabin sleeps 6. There is a fabulous complete wrap around deck. There is a game table in the Game room/Den, the cabin has 2 LCD HDTV's, 220 channels from direct TV, Hi-Speed internet and WI-FI with 3.0 mbps download and local wireless handset phones. The cabin is 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, approx. 1470 square feet. Its only 2 hours from Greenville, SC, 40 minutes to Ashville and Biltmore, has a paved road all the way to the driveway. The views, the convenience of downtown Maggie Valley and the festival grounds along with all the conveniences of home are well worth the trip. We love it and so does everyone who has been there.
