We were close (but not too close) to restaurants, malls, and grocery stores, golfing, and still located in a quiet residential neighborhood with exceptional views. You will feel safe in this upscale neighborhood and should take advantage of it by enjoying early morning walks and late afternoon and evening walks to beat the heat during the hot summer. On the practical side, there isa grocery store less than 5 mins away and access to the freeway is fast and easy. We used the gas fire place every morning and the outside fire pit and BBQ in the evenings. Excellent location in a nice area.
