A new Marquis hot tub that seats six is off one of the bedrooms on the main floor. This bedroom also has its own bathroom. The one car garage is heated, but has no remote.The living room has a fireplace, large screen television, dish network and a DVD collection of movies. It also has a sofa sleeper that seats five. There is a large deck on the west that is great for drinks in the afternoon. There is a small deck on the south that is used for BBQ.The upstairs has two bedrooms and is separated by a large bath. There is also a washer dryer unit for those longer stays. There are plenty of blankets in the walk-in closets and ample towels for hot tubing.For things to do in Winter Park, winter: Skiing, snow boarding, tubing hill. For those sore joints, take a 20 minute drive to hot sulpher springs and soak in 22 hot pools. Then enjoy a good meal at Dino's Mountain Bistro, best in town!Summer is a great time to visit Grand County: The ski mountain is converted to a mountain biking trail. They also have a mini-amusement park for the whole family. This has the longest alpine slide, miniature golf, rock climbing wall, human maze and bungee jumping. A trip to grand lake is a must with a tour on the lake and walk along the wooden sidewalks.Fall is a great time to come up for golf, fishing and see the colors.
