I have studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom condo, timeshares available for rent in Branson, MO. Rates starting at $79 per night for studio suites. I will rent 3, 4, 7 night of vacation rentals and longer if needed. I have availability at Falls Village, Grand Regency Resort at Thousand Hills, Westgate Branson Lakes and French Quarter. Most suites include a full or partial kitchen with pots/pans and utensils, living room with sofa sleeper, dining area, washer/dryer, patio/balcony and fireplace. No smoking and NO Pets.. The resorts have plenty of amenities which include pools, fitness rooms, game rooms and more. You can email me thru craigslist, call or text me at 916 349 XXXX for reservations or availability. Terms: 1/2 of rental payment deposit when reserving the week, if outside of 60 days. 60 days or less or holiday period full payment is expected. I will send you a Paypal invoice. As soon as the payment shows up in my Paypal Acct. (it only takes minutes) I will call owner reservations and have them put the reservation into your name. This can take up to 24-48 hours. The direct number for reservations will be on the confirmation and you will be able to call reservations and confirm the reservation yourself; before making the final payment. Within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation, the balance is due in full. I will send you a 2nd Paypal request for the remaining balance. Holiday Weeks, invoice will be for full payment.
