I have 1br, 2br and 3br getaway rentals readily available at the Villas at Treetops & Fairway, Ridge Top Village, Eagle Village at Tamiment Village and Shawnee Village. Rates starting at $99 - $199 per night depending on the season. The resort suites are totally furnished and consist of a complete kitchen with utensils, pots/pans, living space with sofa sleepers, dining room, queen size bed in master bed room & 2nd bed room, whirlpool tub in master bathroom, washer/dryer and patio/balcony. No Pets and NON Smoking devices. The Treetop Villas & Fairways has lots of amenities all year around. Indoor/Outdoor pools, miniature golf, bumper boats, gym, game room at Valley Station, snowtubing and golf. Features are most resorts consisted of a pool, jacuzzi and bbq grills. Terms: 1/2 of rental payment deposit when reserving the week, if beyond 60 day. Complete payment is anticipated if 60 days or less or vacation week. I will certainly send you a Paypal invoice. You do not have to have a Paypal account to make payment. As soon as the payment shows up in my Paypal Acct. (it just takes minutes) I will call owner reservations and have them put the reservation into your name. This can take up to 24-48 hours. The direct number for reservations will be on the confirmation and you will certainly be able to call reservations and confirm the reservation yourself; prior to making the last payment. Within 24 hours of getting the verification, the balance is due completely. I will certainly send you a 2nd Paypal request for the continuing to be balance.
