I have Studio, 1 and 2 bedroom vacation rentals available at the condo,timeshare resorts of Legacy Vacation Resorts Hilltop and Legacy Vacation Resorts Suites during ski season. Studio suites starting from $99 per night, holiday rates are higher. The rooms are fully furnished with full kitchen(studio has kitchenette), living room with sofa sleeper, king/queen size bed in the bedrooms and patio/balcony. No pets and NON Smoking units. The LVR Hilltop resort has a complimentary shuttle into town and to the ski slopes. Complimentary wifi in the lobby, tea, coffee, the resort amenities include a game room, indoor swimming pool, hot tub and business center. The LVR Suites resort is located intown and also has a complimentary shuttle to take you to the slopes or around town on a schedule. Amenities include a hot tub,(no swimming pool), game room, complimentary wifi in the lobby, laundry facilities are on site, a grocery store is across the street. Terms: 1/2 of rental payment deposit when reserving the week, if outside of 60 day. If 60 days or less or holiday week, full payment is expected. I will send you a Paypal invoice. You do not have to have a Paypal account to make payment. As soon as the payment shows up in my Paypal Acct. (it only takes minutes) I will call owner reservations and have them put the reservation into your name. This can take up to 24-48 hours. The direct number for reservations will be on the confirmation and you will be able to call reservations and confirm the reservation yourself; before making the final payment. Within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation, the balance is due in full. I will send you a 2nd Paypal request for the remaining balance.
