I have Studio, 1 and 2 bed rooms holiday rentals readily available at the condo, timeshare resorts of Tradition Vacation Resorts Hill and Heritage Holiday Resorts Suites during ski period. Studio suites beginning from $99 per night, holiday rates are higher. The spaces are fully furnished with full cooking area(studio has kitchenette), living space with couch sleeper, king/queen size bed in the bedrooms and patio/balcony.No animals and NON Smoking devices. The LVR Hilltop resort has a complimentary shuttle into town and to the ski slopes. Complimentary wifi in the lobby, tea, coffee, the resort facilities consist of a game space, indoor swimming pool, hot tub and company. The LVR Suites resort is found intown as well as has a complimentary shuttle bus to take you to the slopes or around town on a schedule. Amenities consist of a hot tub,(no swimming pool), recreation room, complimentary wifi in the lobby, laundry facilities are on website, a grocery store is across the street. Terms: 1/2 of rental payment deposit when booking the week, if exterior of 60 day. Full payment is anticipated if 60 days or less or vacation week. I will send you a Paypal invoice. You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay. As soon as the payment shows up in my Paypal Acct. (it just takes minutes) I will call owner bookings and have them put the reservation into your name. This can occupy to 24-48 hours. The direct number for reservations will be on the confirmation and you will certainly have the ability to call reservations and verify the reservation yourself; prior to making the last payment. Within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation, the balance is due completely. I will send you a 2nd Paypal demand for the staying balance.
