This timeshare week usually falls on the third week of April and is Saturday to Saturday. It comes with RCI membership paid in full until 5/31/18. This week is a RCI points week valued at 56,000. You can trade with any RCI points timeshare and get multiple weeks for your one. On average most RCI weeks are closer to the 20,000 point range. We usually bank our week and trade it for a summer and winter vacation, you can also gift a week and still have points for your own vacation. All unused points do carry over to the following year. The annual operating fees are $815 (as of 2014) and due in March. The unit at Divi Phoenix is #901. We will pay all transfer of deed and transfer of RCI membership fees. When staying at any location you will have to pay local government fees (as you would have to at a hotel).
