Here is offer an guest apartment fully furnahed, it comes equipped with refrigirator, stove, microwave and cofee pot, also it has a full dinerware set and most comon pots and pans.This unit has all the amenities that any high end unit may have, it is close to shopping centers and malls, it is within a five to ten minute drive from one of the mostbeautiful beaches in the area, it is close to the airport and the port of palm beach where if you decide to take a small gambling trip out the sea on the Palm Beach Princess which requires no reselvations.Reservation could be made in aticipation, requieres a deposit and security of $ 500.00 wich will be deducted from your stay.In the past I had people reserve the unit and never showed up. causing losses for us and other persons who wanted it at the time.The apartment will be completely cleaned and should be returned in the same manner or there will be a $150 dollar cleaning fee applied to bill.The unit include power, water and cable services.
