Also on the ground floor, a laundry room, complete kitchen, dining room open to the living room with a vaulted ceiling open to the second floor. You will have a private fenced patio complete with patio furniture and a charcoal BBQ.The 2nd level has a queen bedroom and complete bath.Our home is a non-smoking home and we prefer no pets, but if a dog is part of your family, lets discuss it. You will have a clean and comfortable home to call your home away from home while you enjoy your stay in Casa Grande.The rent is $1400/month with a $500 refundable damage deposit. Damage deposit will be returned within 10 days of departure provided the property is left in good condition. First and last months rent and damage deposit to be paid in advance. The Town Home is available from November 1 2013 thru March 31 2014. We are looking for renters for the entire season, but will consider shorter stays. If all rent is paid in advance (Min. 3 Mo.) we are offering a 10% discount on the total rent. Acceptable forms of payment are, bank check, personal check or PayPal.Now is the time to plan on getting out of the snow & cold and come to Sunny & Warm Arizona for the winter.
