Then consider joining an Avalon summer share house.Have you ever experienced a summer share house? Basically, single professionals come together to share a house. It's an opportunity to meet other like-minded singles who are looking to make new friends and have a good time. Meet single professionals of all ages. Five houses to choose from. It's not too early to begin thinking about summer 2012, especially if you want to get into a good shore house.Looking for responsible people (couples included) who are fun and easy-going. This won't be a flop or frat house situation like a lot of group houses are. There will be reasonable rules, limits on weekend guests, and a maximum of 3 people per bedroom.You may be a little apprehensive about joining a group when you don't know anyone, but don't be. Most of the people joining every summer come on board by themselves. But to help allay your fears, everyone will have a chance to meet each other and see the house in person before making a commitment. And don't worry about ages because I match up everyone by age so you'll have the best chance of having something in common.For those who've had a bad shore house experience, don't give up on the idea of joining another house just yet. If your previous shore house didn't have any rules, was in a bad location, had too many roommates, was not clean, had too many weekend guests, had obnoxious roommates, too much drama, etc., etc., then I have a house for you.I'm running six shore houses for summer 2012 which are on 21st, 24th, 27th, 28th, and 79th Streets. I'm sure I have a house and group that will meet your needs. I limit the number of people on the weekends, so if you're looking for a smaller number of roommates instead of the usual 15 to 20 associated with most shore houses, this is something you should definitely consider. And with hotel rooms costing $200 and up per night, this is a great deal if you like the shore but don't have that large circle of friends anymore to share the expense. Since it's a great way to make new friends, there's no reason to sit home this summer.This setup couldn't work without some structure, so there are reasonable rules. I think you can appreciate that.
