The unit is deeded, so it never expires, you own it and can will it to family or sell it, etc. The unit is week #8 , near the end of February, you always own week #8 and that does not change. You do not always have to go to Brigantine, you can bank the unit with RCI or another timeshare exchange, and exchange it for one of there many units available world wide. Some times we would go to Brigantine but then buy and extra vacation from RCI for next to nothing and go else where another time of the year. So not only is the unit priced cheap but this is a inexpensive way to get into the RCI World Wide Exchange. The maintenance fees are about $845 a year, & the 2012 fees are paid. The unit is just 15 minutes from Atlantic City, the resort offers breath taking views of the ocean. But, whether you're setting out to test lady luck in the casinos or just need to unwind, Brigantine Beach is a winner.The resort has a total of 108 units. The building has elevator access for your convenience.An oceanfront restaurant is conveniently connected to the resort. Stove-top kitchen? Air-conditioning? Cable TV? DVD Players available upon request? Telephone with voicemail? On-site restaurant with ocean view? Indoor heated pool and children's pool? Vending machines? Game room? Fitness equipment? Complimentary and convenient parking? Valet parking and public transportation to the local casinos and attractions? Men's and Women's saunas and changing rooms? Laundry facilities?
