Come check out the Snow Summit Scenic Sky Chair and take a relaxing ride to the top of the mountain, with or without your bicycle. The Sky Chair is open daily through September 5th then open weekends only. During the summer months, Snow Summit transforms one of its two high-speed quads, the East Mountain Express, into the Scenic Sky Chair. The chair lift speed is significantly reduced (lift can be stopped completely for loading and unloading upon request) to allow guests of all ages to truly enjoy the natural beauty of Big Bear Lake and the surrounding area. The Scenic Sky Chair takes about 15 minutes to transport guests from the base elevation of 7,000 feet to a summit elevation of 8,200 feet.Here at our beautiful Goldmine Lodge the grounds are beautifully landscaped. A Must see! The weddings and family reunions that have been held at the Lodge have been memorable. We are certain you will find accommodations that will fit your needs.
