The house is situated on top of a small mountain and surrounded by seven acres of land, which is great for hiking, long walks, sledding or great snowball fights. As well the area provides horse back riding, zip lining, golfing and biking. The house has two floors and a garage. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, pots/pans and everything needed in order to cook and live comfortably. There is cable TV in the bedrooms and living room. A supermarket and restaurants are located close by but far enough to have your own privacy and fun. So if you are ready to hit the slopes this winter or just want to enjoy a quiet peaceful getaway weekend in the woods this is the house for you.Rates :Rent by the weekend: $425...2 nights (Friday evening through Sunday).Holiday weekends: $675, 3 nights. (Thursday evening through Sunday)Weekdays: $175 per night, 2 night minimum. (Monday through Thursday).Weekday: $200 single night.Full week (7 days): $850.A $300 deposit is required for all rentals. If 8 people rent the house for 2 or 3 nights its $32 per person per night and less than $20 per person per night if rented for the entire week!!!
