It is sunny and open with a new kitchen, 4 piece bath, dining-room, living-room and two mainfloor bedrooms. The second floor accessed by the original ship staircase has another large bedroom and bath. This historic house is only a few minutes walk from the nearest harbour and is conveniently located between the town of New Glasgow and Melmerby beach. It has three outside decks for viewing the countryside and the sunsets over the harbour. Weekly rent is $800/wk with slightly higher rates during the peak summer season of mid July-mid August. It includes tv, internet and netflix. Come explore the beauty of Maritime Canada and experience early Scottish history in this special house.
