Perfect gathering for your next stay in Big Bear, the Estate includes the main lakefront house and a wonderful guest cottage. Main house includes four bedrooms and two baths with pool table, gas burning fireplace, flat screen cable TVs, DVD player, wireless internet, washer/dryer, and full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more. Upper deck which overlooks the lake with a charcoal barbecue and patio furniture. Lower deck with an 8 person hot tub in a glass enclosure overlooking the lake. Close to Serrano campground and Discovery Center. Just a short drive to the Village, park, and ski slopesBedroom one has a king bed.Bedroom two has a queen bed and bunk beds.Bedroom three has two sets of bunk beds.Bedroom four has a queen bed and bunk beds.Guest cottage is a studio with 3/4 bath, wireless internet, cable TV, DVD player, and full kitchen. Beds include a king and sofa sleeper. Gas fireplace is the sole heat source for the cottage.There is a shared storage unit to keep your snow toys and ski equipment. Boat dock is also available which includes two boat slips. Dock use is available for use during the months of June thru September (boat dock is stored during the winter).Maximum occupancy 18. Parking for 5 vehicles. No pets allowed at this property. No indoor smoking is permitted.Blue Moon Lake House Estate comes with fresh towels, and beds are made up with fresh linens and plenty of cozy blankets.
