Small cabin on Smith Lake ( Little Pequaywan ) just outside of Duluth for rent.Cabin sleeps 6.Cabin is very primitive, meaning no running water.Cabin has a small ice box, stove, table, couch (folds out), loft with 1 bed (mattress), but room for 2 beds (mattresses).Very cute, comfy and just the perfect getaway spot for you.Enjoy the lake, have a campfire, do some fishing off the dock.... just relax.We do not allow pets. And the cabin is for adults only.Great cabin for a romantic getaway, weekend with friends or family, a hunters retreat, snowmobile retreat, etc.Here is some info for you regarding the cabin rentalWe do require a credit card to hold the cabin for rent.We do have a 24 hour cancellation policy and charge a $50.00 no show.The cabin is primitive and has no running water or inside flushing toilet. We have an attached bathroom which consists of a toilet seat and bucket that will be bagged and ready for you to use. Very clean, but primitive.There is a small gas stove, and also a fridge that can be used as an ice box. There is electrical.We offer no boat/motor rental but you are welcome to bring your own. We have a dock and boat launch. We do have a paddle boat you are welcome to use. You must supply your own life jackets.Cabin is in our yard, but down by the lake. There is a fire pit by the lake for your use.There is a bar/restaurant 1 mile from us, and also a bar/grocery store 10 miles from us. Any ice, food, liquor/beer, etc can be found at these places.This cabin is in our yard by the lake. The cabin is our personal cabin that we have decided to share with others. Our lake is beautiful and the spot is peaceful. We ask that you treat this like it is your home. Be respectful of our cabin, property and our lake. No dumping waste or garbage anywhere other than approved garbage can. We do have 2 big dogs who might come to visit you if/when you are outside. They are both gentle boys and just loves people and attention. We do live here and so with that said just know you will not be 100% alone. We are in and out of our house doing normal "home" stuff.
