The lot is large, has a fire pit with plenty of sitting room, and faces the woods so its more private than most other lots. The deck has two tiers, the top tier is partially covered. The lot itself is rented and cost $700 per year. That includes water and electric. It is a quarter of a mile from a boat ramp. I am selling everything on the lot after this camping season is over. I am asking $6000 if you want it furnished with the TV's the bed and the couch that you see in the pictures. I will also include a patio set that I have stored in the shed that is not pictured.
