Accepting Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Golf carts and bicycles allowed. No additional cost for boat trailer or second vehicle parked on lot.A walk to the beach and off the Back Bay. Interior lot 195 has a 18'Wx50'L concrete pad, electric 30/50 amp, water, sewer, cable TV, WiFi, picnic table with shade. A short walk to Little Island Park and Fishing Pier.Resort offers 2 pools, playground, dog walk, hot tub, exercise room, three bathbouses, free WiFi at Clubhouse/on lot 195, summer weekend activities, tennis and basketball courts all included in rental.Enjoy watching the Sunset over the Back Bay sitting on the boat launch and listening to live music from Baja Resturant/Lounge.Reservations now being taken by lot Owner...keeping prices low.
