No additional cost for boat trailer or second vehicle parked on lot.One block off Sandbridge Beach, the campground is surrounded by Back Bay water where fishing is allowed. Lot 195 is an interior lot near the first pool/Clubhouse and away from water's edge. Lot includes 18'Wx50'L concrete pad with electric 30/50 amp, water, sewer, cable TV, WiFi, picnic table with shade.Resort/Campground offers 2 pools, playground, dog walk, hot tub, exercise room, three bath houses, WiFi at Clubhouse/ on lot 195, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts for your use at no additional cost.Enjoy watching the Sunset over the Back Bay sitting on the boat launch or take a relaxing walk to Little Island Park and Fishing Pier.Reservations taken by the lot Owner keeps prices low.
