The home sits on 124 acres in the private community of Gopher Point Estates. The association maintained development has a boat launch, hiking/golf cart trails and picnic/beach common areas. Our newer construction lakehome offers all the luxuries and amenities of your primary home with a functional open floor plan and stylish design. The loft is a great place to retreat to read a book or lookout onto the lake. Main floor master suite allows for easy living. Exquisitely finished lower level has a bedroom, bathroom, family room with cable tv and fireplace. If thats not enough the lower level offers a full wet/bar making it conveient to walk out to the lake and dock. 3 bedrooms 3 full bathrooms Six people maximum occupancy We love pets, but we dont allow them in our vacation home. Smoking is not permitted in the house or on the property. One week minimum, one month maximum.
