It is called the Presidential Master Suite.This exclusive unit is 4,200 SF. It is exclusive because there are only 14 of these units in the entire building, of which 12 are available to owners and guests..This is a wonderful opportunity to spend Christmas week in a beautiful resort in the most exclusive building in Nuevo Vallarta - the Presidential Punta.The Punta is closest to the beach of all the resorts located on the massive, 2000 acre Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta property. A new, sculpted pool complex is just outside the building, and the beach is a short walk from there. The views from the over 1,000 SF deck are beautiful. The large dipping pool on the deck is a perfect place to cool down on those warm, inviting days.What is so unique about the Presidential Master Suite?1) This unit has two fully appointed kitchens.2) It has two entrances to distinct living areas, which is perfect for separate living under the same roof.3) There are three bedrooms: one in the smaller living area, which is about 1,500 SF, and two in the larger portion, which is about 2,700 SF.4) There are three and a half bathrooms.5) Widescreen TVs are in every bedroom and living room.6) There are two separate dining areas, one of which is large enough to seat ten or more guests and family members.7) There is free Wi-Fi Internet available in each unit.Included are 24 rounds of golf. If you want to practice your golf, you can do so at the Jack Nicklaus golf academy, which is located on the property.Plus, there are many other activities on the property too. In addition to Golf, there are trampolines on the beach, there are many swimming pools, there are two wave pools, there is a Lazy River, there is a Water Slide, there is a lot of walking, the beach is about a mile long, there is plenty of ocean to swim in and there are many restaurants both on and off the property. Finally, the resort offers many guided activities too, such as Spanish lessons, group activities (water aerobics, spinning classes, Yoga classes, bingo, craft lessons and many more.).By the time you arrive, there may be boats traversing the lagoons and waterways and a train to take you around the property. Contact us - we are owners - we can answer your questions.We enjoyed our stay. During our last visit, there were 14 of us, out of a total of 21. Six of the children were between the ages of 3 and 7. We ate in the main two bedroom area. After dinner, the parents would leave behind two or more children to stay with their grand parents (That would be us.) We and they had a ball! The living areas are spacious, and the accordion type doors open about fourteen feet, to let the inside out and the outside in.Our rental process is simple. When you are ready to commit, we will provide you with our reservation number. Then you provide your payment. We accept payments through PayPal, by US Money order for the exact amount of the unit you select sent to us through Federal Express or by wire transfer of the exact amount of the payment to our account. We add the PayPal fees to the cost of the unit, which amounts to $175 USD.Once your payment clears our account, we will send you our Rental Agreement for your signature. Once we receive your signed agreement, we will send you our Transferal Letter. This letter grants to you our rights to use the week we have reserved. You are then ready to enjoy a wonderful, Christmas Week vacation. One other matter.
