All occupants pay a per diem charge for water & gas and a one time maid service fee as follows (paid directly to Condominios Pilar and in addition to rental rates):1 Bedroom $11.50/day/utilities $22.00/maid per stay3 Bedroom $12.50/day/utilities $36.00/maid per stayIn order to make your stay at Condominios Pilar more pleasant, the following suggestions are offered for you to bring along:Beach Towels - Bath towels are providedPaper Products - Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, KleenexWashcloths - This is a Mexican mystery. Towels are provided, but you never find washcloths!Dish Soap, Dish Cloths, Bar SoapCouch linens are not providedRemember . . .These are privately owned condominiums and do not offer much in the way of man-made recreation. So bring whatever you like to have at the beach . . .Beach Chairs, beach toys, books, magazines, water toys, beach blankets, Bar-B-Ques, Sun Tan Lotion, After Sun Lotions, First Aid Kit, Insect Repellent, etc.The kitchens are furnished with enough to get you by - some are stocked better than others. So in order that you will not be disappointed, bring along anything that you can't live without!You may purchase ice and bottled water at the office.Mar de Cortez restaurant located at Condominios Pilar is open daily from 3pm to 10pm and closed on Mondays
