Enchanting :-)Our little barn has been beautifully and efficiently converted to a very comfortable guest cottage using low toxicity and cherished recycled building materials.Located just 3.5 miles from OSU Campus and 2.5 miles from local grocery store, restaurants, and even medical/dental/ophthalmology offices.Features:~ Main room furnished with Queen Bed on ground level - Antique brass bed frame, Dining Table, Comfy Recliner Reading Chair, Great Lighting.~ Full Bath with beautifully tiled shower/tub.~ Kitchenette with Refrigerator, Toaster, Coffeepot, Microwave, Teapot and Hotplate... no oven.~ Single futon bed in loft that could be used for older child or adult.
