Two bedrooms with queen size beds, one full bathroom, living room, kitchen with eating area, den with sofa bed, patio, garage with washer/dryer and automatic garage door opener. Kitchen has side by side frig, electric stove, microwave, electric coffee pot, toaster oven, pots, pans, skillets, dishes, glasses, mugs, cutlery, kitchen utensils, kitchen linens and oven mitts. The house has all necessary bedroom and bathroom linens. Central air, forced air central heat, cable TV, wireless internet, trash and recycling pick up. Pets okay non smoking. The rate includes everything except French TV which is available at the renter's expense. It is on a quiet residential street a few minutes drive to the I-19 and the Gulf and 4 mi (5 km) to Green Key Beach, 20 mins to Tarpon Springs, 45 mins to St. Pete/Clearwater/Clearwater Beach, 1 hr to Tampa/Busch Gardens, 2 hr to Orlando/Disney/Universal Studios. For golfers there are several golf courses in the area and for outdoor types there are great beaches, surf fishing, boating and we are a few miles north of the Pinellas Trail.
