Bright living room, eat-in kitchen stocked with kitchenware. 1950s details make this cozy little place unique!There is a washing machine with outdoor clothes line.Wireless internet and while we have no cable, there is a tv with DVD player. No phone, but cells work here. Front entry room to stash your stuff!Smoke and carbon dioxide detectors installed.Sunny front deck with chairs, table & gas grill. Orchard view in the rear. Owner nearby to assist you if need be. Lots of wildlife in the yard including deer, turkeys, bunnies and lots of song birds.Eagles are often seen on the Ashokan Reservoir which is 10 min. away.Close to Woodstock (about 20 min.) and art galleries, theater and great restaurants! Phoenicia about 15 min. away, Belleayre Mt. approx. 25 min.Many outdoor activities including hiking, skiing, biking along Ashokan Reservoir, fishing, hunting, hiking, antiquing. Tennis courts in town. Esopus Creek, well known for trout fishing, and tubing is 5 miles away. There's also a tourist train along Rt. 28 in Phoenicia. Rock climbing in New Paltz about 40 min. away. Famous swimming spot (The Blue Hole) 10 minutes away on Peekamoose Mt.
