Just 45 minutes North of Grand Rapids this 600 sq. ft. cottage is ideal for a couple or up to 4-6 guests. The cottage has actually been just recently renovated with new floors, paint, furniture, fireplace, bathroom (that includes a rainfall shower) and upgraded kitchen area (full with brand-new appliances). Our cottage is minutes away from the Manistee National Forest and showcases a 2000 sq ft outdoor deck that overlooks the honor winning Muskegon River total with the well-known outdoor "nap nook" with queen bed. Best place to take a nap in West Michigan! Take pleasure in the outdoor TELEVISION and enjoy a DVD or catch up on the information. , if you like you can even dock your watercraft right at the home or just fish off the dock.. The home is set up with 1 queen bed, a little bunk space for 2 and a fold out sofa bed in the living-room. Clean and entirely provided with everything you need to need for a terrific stay. Had to de-stress and rest? This is the location to do it. Leas Saturday to Saturday $950 for the week. Monday - Thursday $155 per night with a 2 night minimum stay. Friday - Sunday $225 per night with a 2 night minimum. 50 % of the rental cost is due to hold. Home Features:.- 2000 sq ft outdoor deck neglecting the prize-winning Muskegon River.- Outdoor room with bed. Best place for a nap in Michigan.- Small, cozy 600 sq ft. cottage right on the river. Great views.- Two flat-screen TELEVISION's in living room and master bedroom.- Cable television and internet.- Firepit for marshmallow roasting.- Large teak picnic table with a lot of room.- Miles of treking nearby on state land and in the Manistee National Forest.- Charcoal grill on properties.- Great fishing right from the dock on this honor winning river! Great Print: No Pets. No parties. Home for not even more than 6 with queen size bed, foldout sleeper couch and added smaller bed room with two bunks. No smoking. Wear life preserver at all times due to quick current of the river. Do not postpone! Weekends are filling quick.
