I am offering January 3 - January 31 at $1200 or $450 per week; plus tax. I don't think you will find a better deal. The one bedroom, one bath condo is just across the street from the beach and sits directly on the Intracostal Waterway. Enjoy fishing and shuffleboard just out your back door. Laundry, Grills, fish lights and fish cleaning tables on site. WiFi available in the common area. Tennis courts are less than a block away. A boat ramp is less that 1/2 a mile way. Watch the manatee and dolphins swim by. The complex has a family of Canadians who return year after year. If you want to beat the cold check out this DEAL.The price for February and March is $1900 per month.
