It has 4 complete size sofa/bed futons, watching out over big windows, plus sofa and comfy armchairs and makes a lovely living room that sleeps 8 easily!1 rustic restroom with shower.Have tents and bed mattress for at least 8 campers.Really personal, simple gain access to roadway and surrounded by undeveloped / BLM land.
