We live in a quiet neighborhood, not a trailer park. We have a full hook up for a RV rig, water, electricity, sewer, a flat concrete pad, large fence doors, fence security, and space for you. We have a double lot, beautiful sun rises, and sun sets. We are not a trailor park, you would be the only one here, we do not provide entertainment like the big parks. We are pet friendly as long as you pet is not a cat eating dog, or an eternally barking dog. We are quiet retired folks, who would not pester you, but can offer information about our community, and neighboring communities. Near by is a another small community that has hot air balloons often, are famous for sky jumping. We are equal distance between Phoenix and Tuscon, about 50 minutes each. However south Pheonix has many sub communities that are complete in themselves, and are only about 30 min away. Casa Grande is 5 miles away, with every thing needed, including our own Wallmart. Ha Ha. We'd love to hear from you for questions. Its 68 - 72 here, the sky is a wonderful blue all the time, last week we have some 78 degree days. It's wonderful to wake up every morning and see the sky, blue, and feel warm. Come, enjoy the sun with us for just $300.00/month.
