We have the perfect getaway you know you deserve. Our Lasata condo is located in Sandestin's Village of Baytowne Wharf where there is so much to do, you'll wish you'd booked a longer stay. Prices start at only $100.00/night (winter) to $145.00/night (peak summer) with no minimum stay. Do realize there is a one time $60.00 housekeeping fee which divided over several nights doesn't seem so bad. Plus as mentioned, you're gonna want to stay a while. Also, we just installed a 60" plasma TV with a Blu-Ray player.The moment you enter the building the calming, relaxing atmosphere of Lasata takes over. But don't be fooled by the calming colors and quiet atmosphere, this rental leads a double life. Because as peaceful as Lasata and its grounds are, this condo is only steps away from the Village of Baytowne Wharf and all the numerous amenities Sandestin has to offer. For the golfers, there are four world class courses on property as well as many more within a few miles. For the shoppers, the world's largest designer outlet center (Silver Sands) borders the resort. Not to mention the shops of the Village. Speaking of the Village: from shopping, dining, fireworks, street carnivals, craft shows, street magicians, movies on the lawn, JoLee Island, classic car shows, the zip line, tree houses, playgrounds, live music, nightspots, the marina, ....you get the idea. You'll be wishing you booked a longer stay.Lasata 3107 is a spacious Studio with kitchenette which boasts great views of the Gardens and of the nearby Grand's architectural beauty . Enjoy the private Solstice Club on the Bay where you can meet friends and enjoy sunsets, fireside chats, cookouts, even watch ball games or movies together! In addition to the golfing, boating, jet skiing, beaches and the Village activities, enjoy lounging at the pool (zero entrance for the kids), easing the 'early morning run pains' away in the hot tub, riding bikes around Sandestin, playing tennis together, spa treatments for the wife and of course the amazing shopping at the Silver Sands Outlet Mall and Destin Commons.
