Cabin and travel trailer offers 4 double beds for as much as 6 GUESTS MAXIMUM. Pet friendly. Huge backyard with big campfire pit-- FREE campfire wood included! Kid's swing set & sandbox, and grownup backyard swing too! 3 acres with strolling trail. Adjoins Wakeley Lake Federal Land with miles of hiking tracks. Simply a 500 lawn stroll down the road to the Au Sable River mainstream below Wakeley Bridge. Great area to swim, fish, canoe, tube, kayak. You have FREE access to 2 canoes on a trailer with paddles & cushions for your personal use. Just 15 minutes from Grayling. Our cabin is available to lease thru October 31, 2014. Rates- 2 night minimum stay needed.$160 for a 2 night/3day weekend. Added nights can be added for $75 per night.$450 for a 6 night/7 day weekly rate. Extra nights can be included for $70 per night.There is a $25 cleaning cost per stay without pets. With pet, include $10 per animal to cleaning cost.50 % rent deposit up front to book your dates and 50 % due upon arrival. A $250 refundable down payment check is due upon arrival and will certainly be gone back to you upon authorized inspection at time of departure. Pay by Cash or Check just.
