It is located just 7/8 of a mile from the East end of the Pensicola Dam and 2 blocks North. (307 Johnson Street). The state park with a nice boat ramp is only 4 blocks away. The 4 wheeling and hiking adventures behind the dam is only approx. 1 mile and you can actually drive your 4wheelers there. The State Golf Course is approx. 5 miles away and restaurants/ banks/ post office etc. are within walking distance. Beautiful winter views of the lake too..... We have made this community so affordable you really can't afford to tow your rv's back and forth or pay storage fees that you can't be using your rv.......
