This is a floating week, which means I can use any of the desired weeks during the year.It is very convenient because life in unpredictable, and NOBODY KNOWS what happens next year with our life during a particular week. With a floating week, we can plan our vacation each time according our needs. Every year vacation opportunity! For a lifetime! It is inherited!This is a CROWN RESORT, so, this is a good rated resort.Attention:Usually owners of the most timeshare resort are able to enjoy only one week vacation per year.Her, with this resort, people can split their 2 bedroom unit into two units (one bedroom and a studio), and I do so during many years when I decide to exchange my unit to the units of another State of USA or another country. This way I am able to enjoy two weeks of vacation per year instead of just one week. I can use both week following one to another, or at the different time, sometimes even concurrently (for example, one unit is for us, another unit is for our friends or relatives).How do I do it? How to split one unit into two units? It is simple. You will need to do just two easy extra steps with no additional cost at all.I will explain it to you in details when we get closer to the subject.Even after you split your 2 bedroom unit into studio and one bedroom, you still may enjoy units of any sizes (even three bedrooms) each week if they are available at the particular resort for an exchange. I did it many times.Besides that, Alhambra at Poinciana offers additional - third week vacation at no additional cost (a bonus week).So, as you can see, this creates much more additional vacation opportunities than just one week per year at the same price.I own 2-bedroom 2-bath unit in a condo resort with newly upgraded bathrooms and kitchen. New tile floor and counter tops. Very clean and well-maintained. Friendly and helpful staff.I have paid it in Full. From the airport take Hwy 417 South (toll road), aka Greene-way. This will circle behind the airport. Stay on this for about 8 miles and exit onto John Young Pky South. Follow John Young Pky to Pleasant Hill road. Just before you reach Pleasant Hill road there will be a McDonald on your right. Turn left onto Pleasant Hill road. Go approximately 8 miles and the road curve and turn into Cypress Pkwy. The resort is 1.5 miles on the left, directly across from Cypress Woods.
