I am renting out my partially furnished 4 season camper for the 75th Sturgis Rally and partially the house/garage comes with this - Charge: $250 night for 10 day minimum = $2500.00 PLUS a $500 damage deposit is required for upfront total of $3000.00. The $500 damage deposit you get back the last day as long as no damage or misuse. Paid at checkout time, so you don't have to wait for check in mail. All fees: Must be paid in full by July 15th, 2015.*There is no refund after reservation is made. If you cannot make it the only monies you get back will be the damage deposit of $500. You forfeit the other $2500. So make sure you are coming and will use the camper.This is a uniquely great opportunity for the right person or couple that does not want a motel room or be in a crowded campground. (Single person or 2 max - single male or female or married male and female couple only).The camper is like new and still smells new inside, it will be parked in my back driveway, on my property, located on top of Strawberry Hill - just 3 miles south of Deadwood - off of U.S. Hwy. 385. You then turn east onto the Gilt Edge Road to Whale Road for about 1 mile of gravel. There is plenty of room in the back yard to park your vehicle, bikes and trailer.Camper is a: 2012 Lodge 20' Camper - Features, propane burner cook stove and oven, Microwave, coffee maker, T.V. with rabbit ears only 5 channels. Radio/Stereo/DVD player integrated sound system that works with the T.V. / Camper has ceiling mounted Electric Air Conditioning Unit & Forced Air Propane Heat. All utensils, plates/pots/pans/cups and so on furnished. Camper has a water reservoir toilet and will be emptied daily. No sink or running water in camper. If you need something else just ask.Here is what is included with the house and property. Extra storage is available in house garage. Whereas if you do not have a enclosed trailer to store your motorcycle(s) in - you can place your motorcycle(s) in my garage, which is located under my cabin, to keep them out of the weather and hail. Daily HOT indoor showers in my home and other household amenities will be offered as relationship is established and/or needed. LAUNDRY washer & dryer available.*Cabin has large wrap around main deck, with gas and charcoal grill for cooking, available for you to use for cooking or drinking your favorite beverages / up to 10PM??I am a retired Deputy Sheriff from Lawrence County. I want to make your stay comfortable so you come back and stay here again.
