Come camp for the summer season! A pal and I are sprucing up my farmstead. It is just west of Otter Lake in Houghton County. Great fishing and a stunning area. Great Rockhounding, Hiking, Waterfalls, Swimming, and Scenery close by! I have an interest in producing a more long-term neighborhood eventually on the land and am merely searching for friendly people who would such as to share the space and possibly assist out by producing music, weeding the yard, sharing, and unplugging from the grid.The property is 2.3 acres and has a number of nooks. There is well water and a close-by lake. There is no electrical power. We have a generator for little time use. There is a fancy garden, wild berries in abundance, a variety of natural herbs to wildcraft. Fire wood is supplied. We will be doing things like canning, developing, live foods, art, hackey sack, and disc golf. There is ongoing construction on the house. Hippie friendly, household friendly, dog friendly, no loud noise after 10:30. Be human!
