Last week of October (best time for fall colors) in the mountains. Located on Lake lure / Rumbling bald championship golf course. Actualy 3 courses in the area with plenty of shopping and outdoor adventures. Three story condo which sleeps at least 8 people. Condo is located on hole #5 green. We have owned for 12 years but have not used last 4 years. We are looking to give away for free and may help with transfer fee. Yearly fee is $660.00 (less then hundred dollars a day) not bad for a huge condo on golf course and lake in the mountains! Also has a indoor pool, rec room, restraurnt, ect. on grounds. VRI is The actual timeshare company which we send dues to.
