It is elevated, on a substantial corner of a quiet street in an Executive subdivision, tactically positioned simply 3 miles south of Hwy. # 192 on Highway # 27, simply 7 miles to Disney World entrance, and just minutes to Interstate I - 4. You are 1 hour to Tampa and 1 hour to Daytona!The house is a traditional split villa plan, with a Queen Master suite and 4-piece bath with different corner, crescent tub and walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and different entryway to the pool deck.
