This is a major savings on property taxes. Member may use units in any of the vacation locations based on a first-come, first-serve reservations system by calling an 800 number, without paying any additional exchange fees. Units are sort of like a condo.Currently, the Club owns vacation properties in nine different locations: Waikiki, Kona, Maui (Hawaii); Lake Tahoe (Nevada); Chandler (Arizona); Branson (Missouri); Otter Creek (Oregon); Acapulco (Mexico); and Marbella (Spain).Other unique features of RAVC as compared to other vacation club memberships: nonprofit charter, membership in perpetuity, multiple locations within the Club's own network of resorts with no exchange fee, three years accumulation right (most newer clubs have no accumulation right at all, use it or lose it within the same year), member-owned and member-managed.
