The main living-room has a take out couch and walkout outdoor patio with moving door with a 50" TV with a Ottoman that coverts to a table for dining approximately 4. There is also a queen size sofa bed/foldout couch. The dining-room has a 5 individual dining room table and bar seating for 3 dealing with the kitchen location. The completely remodelled Kitchen is totally provided with Granite Counter tops, Stainless Steel Appliances, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Blender, Toaster, silverware, plates, cups, various cooking, utensils and even Spices and other food preparation necessities. You'll have not need to supply anything. The Washer & Dryer is found in a closet right next to the kitchen area. The guest side of the device has a locking door right by the kitchen. The guest device has another queen size sofa bed/foldout sofa in the living room & another 50" Flat screen TV with BlueRay gamer to enjoy your favorite films and sports. The 2nd washroom is just outside the 2nd bed room door. The visitor room has 2 queen bed with a private leave patio and yet another 47" Flat Screen TV. The Oceanwalk complex has indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi and an outdoor swimming pool with another jacuzzi. The beach is best across the street (South Forest Beach Drive) you can stroll or bike to both the beach and Coligny Plaza (with lots of restaurants, bars & shopping) and many of the other enjoyable amenities that has actually made Hilton Head Island a family favorite for holidays for many years. This is the nicest Oceanwalk condo offered for Vacation Rental!You will certainly not be disappointed!
