I want to rent a 1br or 2br at the Great Smokies Lodge for a week, August 4 thru 10, 2012. I will pay $500 for the 1br and $600 for the 2br. I know by the amount of responses I have received and turned down, that there are owners holding out for maximum money for their timeshare week. I dont blame you if these were ordinary times. They are not. This is the era of 4 buck a gallon gasoline by Memorial Day, projected to be in the 5-6 dollar range by the end of summer. There will be alot of people not vacationing this year because of the high prices, so if you are wanting to sell your week better do it now or run the risk of not getting anything for it. If you have that week available please call/text me at 301-514-XXXX. Dont waste your time trying to get me to rent somewhere else or going higher in price. Not going to happen. I keep getting emails asking to rent my week or if I have a week available. Please read the ad!! I am wanting to rent, I dont have anything to rent. Thank you.Location: Sevierville, TN
