The house isapproximately 3300 square feet including the game room. The extralarge lot allows for conservation views and lots of privacy. Don't settle for less. Look at a map of 2603 Isla Vista ct Kissimmee Fl and you can see the space between homes.There are two master bedrooms with king-size beds, and two masterbedrooms with queen-size beds. The king-size master bedrooms and thequeen-size master bedrooms each have its own bathroom. The king-sizebathrooms have an oversized soaking tub and a large walk-in stallshower. The queen-size bathrooms have a tub with a shower. Inaddition, there are two twin-size bedrooms. These two bedrooms sharea bathroom with a tub and shower. For your comfort, all the bedshave upgraded mattresses. All the bedrooms have clock radios andtelevisions. The large family room has a sofa sleeper. All thebedrooms and the family room have ceiling fans.There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, icemaker, cooking utensils, and breakfast nook. There is also aseparate dining room. A full-size washer and dryer are provided foryour convenience. All linens and towels are also provided.The air conditioned game room has a pool table, a foosball table, anassortment of board games, books, puzzles, Legos and electronicdarts.There is also a Play Station 2 in the family room with games. Thereare 3 DVD players with a nice selection of DVD movies, and a VCR foryour viewing enjoyment. Thereis a 40 inch LCD flat screen in the living roomFor the babies, there is a pack 'n play crib, a high chair and twostrollers free of charge.FREE UNLIMITED LOCAL, LONG DISTANCE AND INTERNATIONAL TELEPHONECALLS. Free wifi, bring your laptop.The 15 foot by 30 foot pool and spa have an oversized deck with acovered lanai, lots of lounge chairs, and two tables. There is achild safety fence around the pool. The pool and deck are fullyscreened. Pool heat is optional at $35 per day.The house is located less than three miles to Disney, and there aremany attractions, shopping, and restaurants close by.
